Who are we?
EteSync is a secure and privacy respecting sync solution for your contacts, calendars and tasks. Think Android's contacts and calendars but synced in a way that even Google can't access your information. Our users are spread throughout the globe and range from privacy conscious individuals in the west, all the way to journalists and people living under oppressive regimes.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone to help us further grow it. That someone will be in charge of everything growth which means they'll be writing content for the blog, engaging people on social media, and coming up with cool ideas to help increase our reach and help more customers protect their private information.
The role comes with a lot of autonomy, freedom, and an opportunity to be involved in a growing service in its early days. The person will be working closely with Tom (founder) and will receive as much guidance as needed, so it's also suitable for people with little to no prior experience.
Due to the nature of this role, applicants will need to have a high level of English, be competent writers and be doers
who get stuff done. No technical skills required!
How is it going to work?
The role is remote and comes with a lot of flexibility; you can work from wherever you want and whenever you want (within reason). We expect the needed time commitment to be anywhere between 10-40 hours a week, depending on the goals we set, the person and their situation. All of this makes it perfect for people that are hungry to make an impact but need to work on their own terms, such as new parents (congratulations!), students, and freelancers.
